Lo hicimos por la consideraci\u00f3n de que, aunque la historia oral parece estar establecida en la erudici\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica en lengua alemana, no forma parte de los planes de estudio universitarios y, tras un per\u00edodo de intenso debate te\u00f3rico en la d\u00e9cada de 1990, hoy en d\u00eda solo se reflexiona y discute cr\u00edticamente. Tambi\u00e9n observamos que cada vez se financian m\u00e1s proyectos de entrevistas destinados principalmente a conseguir fuentes orales sin analizarlas. Al mismo tiempo, el papel del \"testigo contempor\u00e1neo\" en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n estaba y est\u00e1 creciendo, lo que a su vez ten\u00eda y tiene un impacto en los proyectos de historia oral. Otra raz\u00f3n para nuestro deseo de reunirnos y debatir m\u00e1s fue la observaci\u00f3n de que la evaluaci\u00f3n secundaria de las entrevistas realizadas hace a\u00f1os est\u00e1 pasando cada vez m\u00e1s a primer plano. Por \u00faltimo, en la era de la digitalidad, nos parece importante intercambiar opiniones sobre cuestiones t\u00e9cnicas. Con la Red de Historia Oral pretendemos estimular el debate sobre la historia oral en diferentes aspectos entre las personas que trabajan con fuentes orales y\/o audiovisuales en contextos hist\u00f3ricos, educativos, muse\u00edsticos o archiv\u00edsticos. Los historiadores y los cient\u00edficos de la cultura re\u00fanen proyectos, individuos e instituciones con el fin de discutir las fuentes orales y los m\u00e9todos, los proyectos y los resultados, pero tambi\u00e9n las cuestiones del archivo colaborativo y la historia oral digital a nivel interdisciplinario. Hasta ahora, hemos organizado siete talleres, cada uno de los cuales ha tratado el potencial de la historia oral en t\u00e9rminos de contenido. Debatimos proyectos sobre migraci\u00f3n, persecuci\u00f3n y trabajo, as\u00ed como cuestiones metodol\u00f3gicas, \u00e9tica de la investigaci\u00f3n y aspectos t\u00e9cnicos. La reuni\u00f3n de 2019 tuvo lugar en Viena, Austria. Puede encontrar un informe de la conferencia (en alem\u00e1n) en Hsozkult.de. En 2020 tendr\u00e1 lugar en Hamburgo, Alemania, en el Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n de Historia Contempor\u00e1nea.
